New Appointment System 

(48 Hour Access) 
To improve access for our patients the Practice now offers appointments within 48 hours (2 working days).  The majority of our appointments are available to book on the day, however, we would like to inform you that pre-bookable appointments with the Doctors are available upon request. Should you require them, there will be small number of appointments available to book up to 8 weeks in advance.

Telephone Appointments
In addition to the new appointment system the Practice also provides access to your GP by telephone.  You can now arrange a "telephone consultation", which may be appropriate for discussing test results, changes to your medication and reviewing ongoing conditions.

It is well known that 80% of what GPs diagnose they do by speaking to you rather than by examination, therefore the telephone can be used safely for a lot of a doctor's work.  Hopefully this will be useful for patients, saving them the time and inconvenience of coming to the Surgery.
