Repeat prescriptions may be requested in any of the following ways:-
1)  written and posted in the Repeat Prescription Box, situated in the 
     Surgery Entrance (request forms are available by the Box).
2)  by telephone on 716061, between the hours of: 
     Monday to Friday: 10am - 12 noon and 3pm - 5.00pm	
3)  by post and will be returned to you if you enclose a stamped, 
     self addressed envelope
4)  by fax, on 715445

Please ensure all written requests include the full drug name and dosage you 
are currently taking, alternatively, you may use the tear off slip attached 
to your previous prescription.

• Prescriptions will generally be available for collection after a minimum of 24 hours.

• Requests received after 12pm will generally be available for collection after a minimum of 48 hours.

• Please be aware that weekends and bank holidays will affect these times.
